Shipping policy

All pin and sticker orders are shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post and will be dispatched within 1-5 working days from the order date. I generally ship within 3 business days. I try my best to use eco-friendly packaging materials as well as recycled or recyclable mailers. 

Print-on-demand items like tshirts and beanies might be shipped via an external distributor. Please note that these will ship separately from pins and stickers. Products that ship from an external distributor will be listed without the Collectibats vendor label in my shop.

Please note that default shipping is untracked. I offer untracked shipping in order to offer low-cost shipping for my customers, but you can always add tracking at checkout for extra security. 

Please note that I'm an artist and not a global distributer. Untracked packages are outside of my control once I have handed them over Swiss Post. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, however please inform me via my contact form if your package gets lost or arrives with obvious damage and I will do my batty best to help.

Please add tracking to your order if you live somewhere were packages often get lost or have struggled with deliveries in the past.

Shipping costs vary due to parcel size and weight. Stickers and prints ship free when added to other items.

I do not offer untracked shipping on certain items, including pin sets, large orders or limited edition items.


Estimated Delivery: 

  • Domestic (Switzerland): 1-3 business days 
  • Europe and UK: 7-15 business days
  • International: 15-30 business days

Please allow 1-5 days for me to process the order. Once I have shipped your item, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Shipping estimates are based on once the item has been handed over to Swiss Post. 


Ordering from the EU or UK:
Customers ordering from the EU and UK are subject to VAT fees. Any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility. I do not collect VAT charges and I unfortunately don't have any control over international customs policies.
